CyrusOne Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Dallas, Texas

Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Coordinator will work closely with the recruiters to identify and qualify viable candidates for all job openings. He/she will work collaboratively to promote a comprehensive candidate capture strategy, requiring both fast turnaround for immediate hires and long–term relationship driven candidate pipeline cultivation. He/she will also manage administrative duties as required within Talent Acquisition.

Essential Functions

  • Proactively identify candidates using multiple techniques including online databases, social media websites, Boonlean keyword searches, job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referral, etc.

  • Assist recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate preparation and post interview follow up.

  • Drive and execute key recruitment projects and programs as needed.

  • Conduct effective pre-screen of external passive and active candidates.

  • Conduct effective intake sessions asking probing questions and engaging the hiring manager to understand the specific needs of the role.

  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up-to-date and compliant in Workday

  • Collect, manage and report on talent acquisition requisition status

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience with Workday HRIS

  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Prior experience mining resume databases for maximum results

  • Strong PC Proficiency – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Social Media Platforms

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities

  • Strong initiative – willing to take on responsibilities and challenges

Experience Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Physical and mental requirements:

  • Some lifting, Sitting, standing, Computer Work

Work environment:

  • Primarily Corporate Office
